Tell us about yourself<\/strong>
\nWe promote about 40 gigs a year at The Traverse and also programme for festivals including Edinburgh Tradfest which we started producing in 2019.<\/p>\n

Why are you involved in Scottish music?<\/strong>
\nIt's a long story, laced with accident and happenstance.<\/p>\n

Any particular career highlights?<\/strong>

What are your plans for the future?<\/strong>
\nOrganise a bigger and better Edinburgh Tradfest in 2020 and found a musician-led, audience-friendly venue in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

Bands performing on Saturday 7th December include Skerryvore, Session A9, Benedict Morris (BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award Winner 2019), Heisk, Aberdeenshire Youth Band, Sian, Robyn Stapleton, Mairi Campbell and the Pendulum Band, Susan MacFadyen Scottish Dance Band and more to be announced. There will also be a late night ceilidh after the Awards till 1am.<\/p>\n
