Tell us about yourself<\/strong>
RURA are a multi award-winning act and one of Scotland\u2019s most sought-after folk bands. With five heralded albums, RURA affirm their position as one of Scotland\u2019s leading instrumental groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their exquisitely rugged yet refined blend of fiddle, Highland pipes, flute, bodhr\u00e1n and guitar has won a devoted following in many corners of the globe, amongst audiences and critics alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why are you involved in Scottish music?<\/strong>
We all grew up playing Scottish music. It isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
