Our latest Foot Stompin’ Free Scottish Music Podcast is a
\npodcast of two halves – new and old! We start off with the brand
\nnew release from Jarlath Henderson – Hearts Broken, Heads
\nTurned and then play BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional
\nMusician Award 2015 winner Claire Hasting’s new CD Between
\nRiver and Railway. This is followed with another new release
\nfrom the Paul McKenna Band. It’s called Paths that Wind and the
\ntrack is He Fades Away (written by Alistair Hulett). We then
\nmoved on to my celebration of the eighties! We start with William
\nJackson’s Well Park Suite featuring piper Iain MacDonald and then
\nFergusson’s Auld Reekie with The Birks of Invermay sung by Rod
\nPaterson. We finish the podcast with one of my favourite ever
