Next is Dance Band of the Year <a href=\"http:\/\/www.footstompin.com\/cd-deoch-n-dorus-the-curer\">Deoch &#8216;N&#8217; Dorus<\/a> followed by Citty Finlayson Scots Singer of the Year &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.footstompin.com\/cd-paul-mckenna-band-elements\">Paul McKenna Band<\/a>.
