I can sing amongst others as long as I can&#8217;t hear myself but I can&#8217;t imagine standing up on a stage to sing a song! Over the many years I&#8217;ve been a musician I&#8217;ve stood on lots of stages however opening my mouth to sing with no instrument for protection is a really scary thought. (When I say scary I really mean terrifying! )<\/p>\n<p>I would like to sing though. Watching our Scotland Sings project grow makes me want to sing. Also I feel if I&#8217;m talking about and promoting <a title=\"Home\" href=\"http:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/scotlandsings\/\">Scotland Sings<\/a> and someone says to me &#8211; &#8220;sing us a song then&#8221; I should be able to do something! I have a bought a book on singing techniques and I did speak to the fantastic <a href=\"http:\/\/www.christinekydd.com\/\">Christine Kydd<\/a>\u00a0about getting some lessons a while back but I failed to carry it through.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe this is the year I learn to sing. I&#8217;ll report back.
