Dunoon Community Choir is a newly-formed community choir drawn from Dunoon and surrounding villages. It rehearses every Wednesday at 7pm in St Johns Hall, Dunoon under the direction of Gill Toosey. <\/p>\n

The choir is looking for three kinds of members:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A pianist to free up Gill to conduct.<\/li>\n
  2. More members, especially men. You don’t have to read music or have sung before, just go along and have fun singing along. <\/li>\n
  3. People from all over the Cowal peninsula interested in being part of a competitive rural gaelic choir to sing in this year’s MOD, which will be held in Dunoon in October. You don’t have to speak any gaelic or have sung in a choir before, just be willing to learn. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
