She pioneered initiatives in Modern Languages, Community Involvement, Equal Opportunities and Staff Training and Development. As a freelance consultant, lecturer\/tutor, and community musician she is currently engaged by clients such as Scottish Storytelling Centre, Edinburgh University, Moray House, Scots Music Group, The Ca(I)re (Putting the &#8220;I&#8221; into Care) Programme, Care4Carers, Parkinson\u2019s UK and Alzheimer Scotland. There is growing interest in her work as a professional singer.
