We had an amazing day in Edinburgh on Saturday 27th June with 150 singers from all over Scotland joining together to sing songs from around the world to raise awareness and money for WaterAid. WaterAid works in some of the poorest countries of the world providing clean water and safe toilets for communities. We were delighted to welcome people who had travelled from Dumfries & Galloway and the Highlands and everywhere in between, including three intrepid singers who came from West Sutherland.
To date, Sing for Water Edinburgh has raised over £2,500 with more donations still coming in. If you would like to donate, you can do so at our Justgiving page.
Thanks to Ros Gasson for taking these fantastic photographs of our performance at the Mound and our rehearsal at the Old St Paul’s Episcopal Church.
