This song was written as part of the 'Music Makes Me' project, a development project led by The Walking Theatre company to create music and songs by Argyll musicians.

The song is about about the power that words can have and how people's thoughts & opinions can challenge and affect your own self worth and confidence: even changing how you perceive yourself on the inside and out.
