There are many instances of Scottish traditional music and jazz crossing over. For these interwoven musical histories the RCS Big Band are joined by Traditional Music students to collaborate in homage to this relationship. Drawing from a large tapestry of albums and inspiring musicians, we will be playing a mix of original compositions and beautiful traditional tunes from staff, students and past ‘Celtic Connections’ concerts.<\/p>\n
