The Pentland Singers is a successful community based, non auditioned SATB choir with about 80 members. We sing a wide repertoire, from traditional large-scale choral works, to choral arrangements of folk, jazz and popular music.<\/p>\n

We are seeking to appoint an experienced piano accompanist to accompany our rehearsals and concerts, starting Tuesday 27 September 2016.<\/p>\n

The Choir meets every Tuesday evening in Balerno Church, on the outskirts of Edinburgh, from 19.30 to 21.30. We have two sessions per year running from January to June, and late August to December. We present 2 to 3 concerts per year mainly in the Currie\/Balerno area of Edinburgh. These are normally very well attended and supported by the local community. Applications are invited for this post for which a reasonable remuneration is offered. Written or electronic applications together with a CV should be sent to the address below by 26 August 2016.
