On The Corner has just released several stunning studio spaces in a semi open plan layout on the 2nd floor. There is also large office and\/or workshop spaces across the first floor for rent. To keep it very simple, all space is being let out at a cheap rate for creatives and community organisations for a limited time only at \u00a38 per sq ft per year.<\/p>\n

To make that clear, a studio 200 sq ft wide would be \u00a3133 per month.<\/p>\n

There is a 20% service charge which covers your wi-fi, electricity, water and business rates.<\/p>\n

This would mean a 200 sq ft studio with wi-fi, electricity and water access would be all inclusive for \u00a3160. <\/p>\n

There are other amazing benefits of being part of the family like incredibly cheap rates for our gallery, conference, cinema and event spaces. <\/p>\n
