The British Council, the Qu\u00e9bec Minist\u00e8re de la Culture et des Communications (MCC) and the Qu\u00e9bec Minist\u00e8re des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie (MRIF) invite you to submit an application for financial support to carry out a cultural cooperation project between Qu\u00e9bec and the UK in 2017 and 2018.<\/p>\n

The cultural exchange programme between the Quebec government and the British Council seeks to:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tEncourage exchange between the two societies by fostering the cultural presence of each entity on the other\u2019s territory;<\/p>\n

\u2022\tPromote the creation and dissemination of cultural works and products, notably through exchange programmes involving artists, directors and authors, the holding of public events and the development of partnerships between cultural institutions on both sides;<\/p>\n

\u2022\tFavour better mutual understanding through the consolidation of networks and sharing of cultural expertise.<\/p>\n

Kindly note that the deadline to submit an application is Friday 12 August 2016.<\/p>\n
