The Seachdain na G\u00e0idhlig \u2018Small Grants Fund<\/a><\/strong>\u2019 is supported by B\u00f2rd na G\u00e0idhlig and is open to individuals, community groups and organisations. The fund aims to support activity during Seachdain na G\u00e0idhlig 2023 (February 20th-26th) and assist in the development and delivery of community events that celebrate the Gaelic language. Our theme for 2023 is \u2018coming together\u2019 and we are looking for projects \/ events that have this theme embedded at their core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who can apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals (over 18), voluntary groups and professional organisations can apply. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a positive track record in and\/or commitment to Gaelic. Applicants must have a UK bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Planning an application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fund is open to anybody, from anywhere, with an idea or project that promotes the use and development of Gaelic. Your proposed activity does not have to be fully through the medium Gaelic but should have Gaelic at its core, whether through opportunities to use and experience the language or similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
