Registrations are now open for Hand\u2019s Up for Trad\u2019s Easter Gaitherin\u2019 2018 3-6th April! Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin\u2019s long established event will be lead by some of Scotland\u2019s finest folk musicians who will give lessons in your chosen instruments, as well helping you to create exciting arrangements for performance.<\/p>\n

We have moved to an exciting new venue too! We are pleased to anounce that this years Gaitherin’ will be held at The Music Box – a specialist music complex at Edinburgh College’s Sighthill Campus.<\/p>\n

Over the three days you will work with your tutors towards an exciting performance to showcase to your friends and family the final night. Whether you choose to play sessions or just relax in your breaks, there will always be plenty of opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones.<\/p>\n
