The TMSA is looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant who will help us with our provision of information including supporting our marketing work and social media/online presence, as well as gain office experience and skills, through assisting with operations & administration tasks.
This post is part of the Community Jobs Scotland scheme so is open only to vulnerable unemployed 16 to 29 year olds, including carers, early service leavers (armed forces), care experienced, disabled, and young people with convictions and who are not on Specialist Employability Support (SES).

The TMSA aims to promote, preserve and present all the music & song traditions of Scotland – a membership organisation, working at both national and local levels through Branches, predominantly through voluntary effort. It has produced an Event Calendar for over 20 years, delivered a CD and tour of the BBC Radio Scotland young traditional musician of the year finalists for over 10 years and run various large-scale National Session Programmes. Its Branches organise activities from some of the longest running folk festivals to ceilidhs, competitions, sessions and workshops. We would like to improve our international links in the future.
