SongTribe choir are looking for a temporary part-time administrator, working from home
Responsibilities
- Work with our musical director to deliver online choir rehearsals leading to a virtual winter concert in December
- Attend meetings (virtual, or face to face if appropriate) as necessary
- Keep choir members updated on plans and dates.
- Respond to email enquiries•Keep the choir website up to date, and undertake any
necessary maintenance
- Liaise with choir members to organize social events during the term
Skills
Essential
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ablity to work confidently with WordPress, exel and email systems
- Confident working with figures
- Good clear communication, both written and verbal
- Social media and marketing skills
Desirable
- Interest in choirs and community
- Ability work with existing systems
- Budgeting skills
- Ability to work proactively
Type of Contract: Freelance (4 months part time, Sept-Dec 2020)
Fee: £1,000 Responsible to: Alison Burns, SongTribe musical director
Hours of work: Variable and flexible. Expected to average 3-4hours/week
