Paddy Callaghan is a Glaswegian musician who recently won the prestigious BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2013 competition. Paddy, a gifted Button Accordion player, has an energetic style and an entertaining personality on stage. He has been engaging audiences across the country for a number of years and continues to explore the opportunities offered to him across Europe and further afield. Paddy is also an early visionary of \u2018Triscos\u2019 (Traditional Music Discos) and, as an accomplished DJ, he shares this time between the various Trisco gigs and hosts his own live weekly radio show \u2018Trad with Pad\u2019 live on Celtic Music Radio.<\/p>\n
