Successful applicants will be selected by the&nbsp;Artistic Director of the festival and programmed across a range of stages.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 1955, Sidmouth Folk Festival has celebrated folk music, dance, and song by the sea &#8211; a vibrant and inclusive gathering that honours tradition while embracing innovation. Every August, tens of thousands of visitors descend on the beautiful East Devon coast for a week of concerts, dances, storytelling, workshops, and sessions that bring the town to life.
