The over-arching theme is \u2018<strong>Inclusion; aims and realities\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;and will focus on sharing practice that enables people to have meaningful music making opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first part of the day will include a keynote session\/workshop by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicola-mcallister.com\/\">Nicola McAllister<\/a>, child development and behaviour specialist. This session will particularly benefit those working with children and young people with behavioural issues, those she describes as \u2018distressed not difficult\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The afternoon will start with a session entitled \u2018<strong>What Would You Do?<\/strong>\u2019, using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/failspaceproject.co.uk\/workshop-tools\/\">Fail Space toolkit<\/a>, where attendees can dig into the challenges they face in truly offering inclusive experiences.
