{"id":3443,"date":"2022-03-10T12:00:35","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T12:00:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/distil\/?p=3443"},"modified":"2022-03-10T12:18:30","modified_gmt":"2022-03-10T12:18:30","slug":"funding-guidance-for-the-scottish-governments-8million-hardship-fund-for-creative-freelancers-through-creative-scotland-has-been-published-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/distil\/funding-guidance-for-the-scottish-governments-8million-hardship-fund-for-creative-freelancers-through-creative-scotland-has-been-published-today\/","title":{"rendered":"CLOSING DATE 14TH MARCH: Funding Guidance for the Scottish Government\u2019s \u00a38million\u00a0Hardship Fund for Creative Freelancers\u00a0through Creative Scotland has been published today."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Funding Guidance for the Scottish Government\u2019s \u00a38million&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativescotland.com\/funding\/funding-programmes\/hardship-fund-for-creative-freelancers\">Hardship Fund for Creative Freelancers<\/a>&nbsp;through Creative Scotland has been published today.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund offers one-off awards of between \u00a3500 and \u00a32000 to creative freelancers working in the arts, screen and creative sectors who are experiencing immediate financial hardship due to the loss of income as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund is open to Freelance professionals whose work has direct creative outcomes and those whose work directly supports the making and presentation of creative work, including events.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund will open for two rounds of applications, the first round, with a \u00a34m budget, will open at <strong>2pm on Wednesday 23 February<\/strong>, the second, also with a budget of \u00a34m, will open at <strong>2pm on Wednesday 02 March<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Fund will remain open until all budget has been allocated.
