{"id":3252,"date":"2020-02-07T09:46:07","date_gmt":"2020-02-07T09:46:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/distil\/?p=3252"},"modified":"2020-02-07T09:46:08","modified_gmt":"2020-02-07T09:46:08","slug":"lews-castle-college-uhi-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/distil\/lews-castle-college-uhi-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"Lews Castle College UHI Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The multi award winning HebCelt Festival have teamed up with Lews Castle College UHI to offer an exciting opportunity to win a performance slot at this year\u2019s 25th anniversary festival.<\/p>\n<p>On offer is:<\/p>\n<p>A performance slot on one of the festival arena stages<br \/>\n\u00a3500<br \/>\nPassenger ferry tickets and overnight accommodation if required<br \/>\nArena weekend passes to enjoy HebCelt<br \/>\nWho can apply?<\/p>\n<p>The competition is open to any performer or band who play a genre of music that reflects the general programming of the festival.<\/p>\n<p>How can I apply?<\/p>\n<p>To enter, you need to prepare a promotional pack in electronic format that really sells your music to the judges. You must include:<\/p>\n<p>At least one high resolution photo and your biography<br \/>\nLinks to good quality recordings of your music \u2013 3 tracks that show your repertoire to its fullest potential<br \/>\nVideo of \u2018live\u2019 performance (optional)<br \/>\nSubmission form link <a href=\"https:\/\/marcatoapp.com\/forms\/hebcelt\/showcase-comp\/new\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for all submissions is midnight on Friday 6th March 2020<\/p>\n<p>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/p>\n<p>You will receive an acknowledgement that your submission has been received.<\/p>\n<p>The winning artist(s) will be informed by 20th March<\/p>\n<p>You must be available for the performance slot which will be over 17 or 18 July.<\/p>\n<p>Winning artist(s) should assist in promoting their inclusion across a variety of media<\/p>\n<p>No further correspondence will be entered into and the judging panel decision is final.<\/p>\n<p>Best of luck and we look forward to hearing from you!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The multi award winning HebCelt Festival have teamed up with Lews Castle College UHI to offer an exciting opportunity to win a performance slot at this year\u2019s 25th anniversary festival.
