Impact Arts are looking for a Youth Music Facilitator to work with disadvantaged young people in Glasgow as part of our CashBack to the Future programme this summer.<\/p>\n
CashBack uses a variety of artistic and creative approaches to engage young people aged 12-19. This role involves designing and delivering a high quality and structured programme, in line with project objectives. You will lead and support a group of young people to write and record collaborative pieces of music, which they will then perform a selection of live at a national showcase event.<\/p>\n

Hourly rate: \u00a312.31 per hour for 37.5 hours per week (\u00a3461.63 per week)<\/p>\n
Holiday entitlement: 4.9 hours (4 hours 54 mins) per week<\/p>\n
Based at: Glasgow Kelvin Colleague, East End Campus<\/p>\n
Travel: As above – you may be expected to work at other locations as Impact Arts may reasonably require<\/p>\n
Reporting to: Programme Manager<\/p>\n
Duration of contract: w\/c 17th June \u2013 Friday 2nd August 2019<\/p>\n
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days: Monday \u2013 Friday, approx. 9am-5pm<\/p>\n
Qualifications: SCQF level 9 in related discipline<\/p>\n
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering creative activities and working with young people (aged 14-19) within diverse community settings<\/p>\n
Other Essentials: Competent IT skills including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/p>\n
Subject to PVG check and references<\/p>\n
Full availability for seven week contract period<\/p>\n

Desirable: Full clean driving licence, current PVG scheme member<\/p>\n
