{"id":2767,"date":"2018-10-26T10:17:58","date_gmt":"2018-10-26T09:17:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/distil\/?p=2767"},"modified":"2018-10-26T10:17:58","modified_gmt":"2018-10-26T09:17:58","slug":"open-project-funding-creative-scotland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projects.handsupfortrad.scot\/distil\/open-project-funding-creative-scotland\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Project Funding (Creative Scotland)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This fund is run by Creative Scotland for artists, groups, and creative organisations who are looking to apply for money to support them on their artistic or creative projects.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativescotland.com\/funding\/funding-programmes\/open-project-funding\">https:\/\/www.creativescotland.com\/funding\/funding-programmes\/open-project-funding<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anyone can come to Creative Scotland with their ideas, and this fund will support a wide range of things, from small one-off events to longer programmes of work that can last for up to 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>The types of things that this fund will support include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProjects which are about helping an artist to develop their skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProjects that create something new and high quality, in any art form<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProjects which are aiming to present high quality work to audiences, or projects which try to develop and reach new audiences for the arts<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tProjects which encourage more people to take part in artistic and creative activity.<\/p>\n<p>You can read more about the sorts of things that Open Project Fund can support in the Open Project Fund guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open Project Funding is open to both individuals and organisations to apply to. This generally means individual artists or organisations who work in the arts &#8211; because we expect the applicants to be able to show that they have some \u2018track record\u2019 or previous experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much can I apply for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can apply for any amount between \u00a31000 and \u00a3150,000.
