Rothesay Pavilion SCIO is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the magnificent Rothesay Pavilion on the Isle of Bute, which re-opens in 2019 as a major arts & cultural centre after a \u00a314million refurbishment.<\/p>\n

You will lead on the artistic programme, manage staff and report directly to Rothesay Pavilion board on all aspects of fund-raising, finance, strategy, communications, and partnerships. You will have extensive experience in a leadership role in an arts or cultural organisation, and a substantial record of producing and\/or curating arts programmes with a diverse appeal to local, national and international audiences.<\/p>\n
