Hear My Music delivers music sessions for MUSAC (Musically Active Dudes), an organisation based in West Lothian which provides dance and music classes for adults with Additional Support Needs. The small, participant-led music class is delivered by Hear My Music and runs once a week over 3 terms throughout the year.
\nHear My Music has been delivering these sessions for 3 years and the class is well-attended and loved by participants and their carers alike.
\nThe session offers access to music for every participant to suit their specific needs and involves singing, percussion, and composition.
\nThe classes seek to improve self-confidence, health and wellbeing, communication and creative expression.<\/p>\n
