\nFirst deadline: 6th February 2017.
\nThe Open Fund for Music Creators supports the development of outstanding songwriters and composers of all genres and backgrounds at different stages of their career. The fund can support projects by songwriters, composers, artists, bands and performers who are writing their own music or commissioning others. Previous grantees include Estrons, Gareth Bonello, and Kate Whitley. Apply here<\/a> <\/p>\n
\nThe Open Fund for Organisations supports new music projects led by promoters, talent development organisations, venues, curators and large performance groups. Projects must involve the creation, performance and promotion of new music and enable songwriters, composers, solo artists, bands and performers of all backgrounds to develop creatively and professionally. \nWomen Make Music supports the development of outstanding women songwriters and composers of all genres and backgrounds at different stages of their career. Previous grantees have included Marika Hackman, Fran Lobo (pictured), Lauren Kinsella, and Fumiko Miyachi.

\nFirst deadline: 21st February 2017.
\nThe Momentum Music Fund offers grants of \u00a35k-\u00a315k for artists\/bands to break through to the next level of their careers. Previous grantees include Bugzy Malone, Kate Tempest (pictured), and Anna Meredith. The Momentum Music Fund is run by PRS for Music Foundation using public funds from Arts Council England, support from PPL, and is in association with Spotify. Apply here<\/a>
\nFirst deadline: 23rd February 2017.
\nThis opportunity stimulates collaboration between organisations and bands\/ensembles in England, Northern lreland, the Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales. It enables music creators to produce exceptional new material to be performed in at least three of these countries. Beyond Borders is run in partnership with Creative Scotland, Arts Council of Wales, Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Arts Council of Ireland \/ An Chomhairle Eala\u00edon. Apply here<\/a>
