Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reception, administrative and clerical support, mailing, photocopying, order processing and stock management.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the General Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:<br \/>\n\u2022 Reception duties<br \/>\n\u2022 Processing on-line orders, taking credit card payments and despatching orders<br \/>\n\u2022 Stock control and movement of publications, CDs, etc<br \/>\n\u2022 Taking on-line membership payments and recording onto database<br \/>\n\u2022 Supporting the Chief Executive, maintaining diary and booking meeting rooms<br \/>\n\u2022 Ordering stationery and other office supplies<br \/>\n\u2022 Sorting and distributing incoming post and sending outgoing post<br \/>\n\u2022 Filing, photocopying and printing<br \/>\n\u2022 Occasionally take part in the front-of-house duty rota, attending concerts throughout Scotland as required<br \/>\n\u2022 Any other reasonable duties deemed appropriate<\/p>\n<p>Please note this post requires some stock movement.
