SongTribe Are Looking for An Administrator

SongTribe choir are looking for a temporary part-time administrator, working from home

Responsibilities

  • Work with our musical director to deliver online choir rehearsals leading to a virtual winter concert in December
  • Attend meetings (virtual, or face to face if appropriate) as necessary
  • Keep choir members updated on plans and dates.
  • Respond to email enquiries•Keep the choir website up to date, and undertake any

    necessary maintenance

  • Liaise with choir members to organize social events during the term

    Skills

    Essential

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ablity to work confidently with WordPress, exel and email systems
  • Confident working with figures
  • Good clear communication, both written and verbal
  • Social media and marketing skills

    Desirable

  • Interest in choirs and community
  • Ability work with existing systems
  • Budgeting skills
  • Ability to work proactively

    Type of Contract: Freelance (4 months part time, Sept-Dec 2020)
    Fee: £1,000 Responsible to: Alison Burns, SongTribe musical director
    Hours of work: Variable and flexible. Expected to average 3-4hours/week
